Provo Municipal Airport Pickup
Your driver meets you directly outside the terminal exit at Provo Municipal Airport. The terminal is compact, so curbside pickup is straightforward and rarely requires a long walk. We send your driver’s contact information and vehicle details roughly 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival. The airport sits in south Provo near the junction of I-15 and US-189, about 5 miles south of downtown Provo. PVU is a smaller commercial airport with Allegiant Air operating the majority of scheduled service. Most flights use regional jets or narrow-body aircraft, and the terminal has a single baggage claim area. Because the facility is small, your driver can usually reach the curb within minutes of your call. The airport has limited dining and retail options, so most business travelers head straight to their vehicle. Provo is also home to Brigham Young University and sits close to the southern end of the Wasatch Front tech corridor. That makes PVU a practical choice for visitors to Utah County, though it lacks the frequency and route network of SLC.
PVU Sedan Transfer Rates
Sedan service from PVU to downtown Salt Lake City starts at $145, matching the comparable Salt Lake City to Provo route. Local transfers within Provo or Orem typically start around a written flat rate to a written flat rate. These rates cover one-way sedan transportation for up to three passengers with standard luggage. Larger vehicles, additional stops, and late-night service may increase the price. We quote every trip upfront, and gratuity is not included. Pricing can rise during BYU football games, commencement weekends, and peak ski season. Trips to Lehi or the Silicon Slopes corridor fall between the Provo-local and Salt Lake City rates.

An Honest Limitation
PVU has a limited schedule of commercial flights compared with SLC. If your flight is canceled or significantly delayed, rebooking options may be scarce, especially in winter. We can reroute a driver to Salt Lake City International on short notice, but the drive is roughly 45 to 60 minutes and may cost more than your original PVU pickup.
