What Our Corporate Transportation Service Is
Our corporate transportation service provides scheduled chauffeured rides for executives, employees, clients, and board members across the Salt Lake City area. Our dispatch team, based in New York, coordinates each trip through vetted local affiliate operators. We handle airport transfers, interoffice shuttles, roadshow itineraries, and client entertainment. Reservations can be billed to a central account with detailed receipts for expense reporting. Service is available by the trip or through ongoing contracts. Chauffeurs are instructed to maintain discretion and punctuality for every business passenger. I prefer to set up a dedicated account manager for companies that book more than ten trips per month. That account manager handles routing changes, last-minute additions, and monthly billing questions.
Who Uses It in Salt Lake City
Technology firms use this service heavily along the Silicon Slopes corridor from Draper through Lehi to Provo. Energy companies rely on it for travel to downtown offices, refineries near North Salt Lake, and meetings along the Wasatch Front. Law firms and financial advisors book cars for client dinners and court appearances. Real estate developers use chauffeured transport for site tours in Sugar House, the Granary District, and emerging suburbs. Venues include the Salt Palace Convention Center, 111 Main, the Wells Fargo Center, and World Trade Center Utah. The Silicon Slopes region hosts major offices for Adobe, Ancestry, and Microsoft in Lehi alone. During inversion season, executives often avoid driving themselves and book cars for the full workday.
How Pricing Works
Sedan service from Salt Lake City to Provo starts at $145 and to Ogden at $135. Airport-to-downtown transfers start at a written flat rate, while Draper runs start at a written flat rate and Sandy runs at a written flat rate. Hourly executive charters start at $120 per hour with a three-hour minimum for sedans. SUVs and executive vans are available at higher rates. SUV upgrades start at $160 for most routes, and sprinter vans start at $175 for group transport. Companies that book recurring volume receive discounted net rates and consolidated invoicing. Pricing is flat for point-to-point routes, so I-15 traffic does not affect the fare.
One Honest Limitation
We do not own a fleet in Utah. Every vehicle comes from a vetted local affiliate network, so availability of specific models depends on partner capacity. During large conventions such as Outdoor Retailer, sedan and SUV inventory books out quickly. Advance reservations improve your chances of getting the exact vehicle class you prefer. Rural energy sites may require longer lead times because fewer affiliates service those roads. If you need a specific vehicle color or interior brand, tell us early; we cannot guarantee it on short notice.
