SLC Airport Pickup
Your driver meets you curbside at the baggage claim level of Salt Lake City International Airport. Most pickups happen at Door 3 or Door 7, depending on your airline and terminal. We send your driver’s name, cell number, and vehicle description roughly 30 minutes before your scheduled landing. Curbside loading is active only, so the vehicle may need to circle if you are delayed inside. Flight tracking is included on every reservation, and we adjust pickup time automatically for early or late arrivals. The airport is roughly 8 miles west of downtown Salt Lake City, just north of I-80 and east of Bangerter Highway. SLC is the busiest airport in Utah and serves as a major Delta hub. The rebuilt central terminal opened in 2020, consolidating all airlines into one building with multiple security checkpoints. That layout makes curbside pickup simpler than the old multi-terminal design, though it can still feel crowded during the morning bank of Delta departures.
SLC Sedan Transfer Rates
Sedan service from SLC starts at $130 for a one-way transfer to downtown Salt Lake City. A run to Park City starts at $155, while Sandy and Holladay start at a written flat rate and a written flat rate respectively. These prices cover sedan transportation for up to three passengers with standard luggage. Larger vehicles, additional stops, and late-night requests may add to the base rate. We quote all trips upfront, and gratuity is not included unless you arrange it in advance. Rates are typically highest during Sundance, the ski season, and the Outdoor Retailer show in January.

An Honest Limitation
Rush-hour traffic on I-15 and the I-80 east split can add 15 to 30 minutes during peak periods. Winter snowstorms and inversion fog also slow the drive to Park City and the Cottonwood Canyons. We build extra time into every reservation, but we cannot control TSA lines, de-icing delays, or checked-baggage backups on busy ski weekends.
