What SLC Airport Transfer Service Includes

Our airport transfer service provides pre-scheduled chauffeured rides to and from Salt Lake City International Airport. Our dispatch team, headquartered in New York, dispatches each trip through vetted local affiliate operators based in Utah. We cover curbside pickup, terminal meet-and-greet, and direct drop-off at hotels, offices, or residences. Every booking includes flight tracking, luggage assistance, and a 15-minute grace period for domestic arrivals. We also coordinate group pickups for multiple executives arriving on the same flight. You receive chauffeur contact details before landing. Salt Lake City International Airport sits about six miles west of downtown and opened its new terminal in September 2020. The airport serves as a major western hub, so passenger volume can spike during ski season and convention weeks.

Who Uses It in Salt Lake City

Business travelers account for the majority of our airport transfers. They arrive for meetings along Main Street, at the Salt Palace Convention Center, or in the Silicon Slopes corridor. Convention attendees often stay at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center or the Hyatt Regency. Medical patients and families book rides to the University of Utah Hospital and Huntsman Cancer Institute. Ski groups head east on I-80 toward Park City or up the Cottonwood canyons to Snowbird and Alta. Film crews and outdoor-industry buyers travel heavily during Sundance in January and Outdoor Retailer market weeks. During winter storms, even local executives book cars rather than risk driving on I-80 or SR-210.

How Pricing Works

Sedan service starts at $130 from SLC airport to downtown Salt Lake City. A sedan to Cottonwood Heights starts at $130, to South Jordan at $130, to Sandy at $130, and to Draper at $130. Park City sedan transfers start at $155. SUV service to Park City starts at $185, and sprinter van service starts at $275. Larger vehicles are priced higher based on capacity and luggage volume. Terminal meet-and-greet inside the baggage claim area adds a small fee. Gratuity is not included unless your company has a contracted corporate account. We quote flat rates, so the price does not change if traffic slows on I-15.

One Honest Limitation

We track flights and adjust pickup times, but we cannot control TSA or customs delays. Long security queues can push back your pickup and generate extra waiting charges. I recommend providing a working mobile number and selecting meet-and-greet only when you need it. During peak ski weekends, chauffeur availability tightens, so last-minute bookings may require a longer wait or a larger vehicle. I recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead during ski season and major conventions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my chauffeur at SLC airport?

We send chauffeur contact details before pickup. For meet-and-greet, the driver waits near baggage claim with a name sign. Curbside pickups use the designated commercial vehicle zone outside the terminal.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor inbound flights and adjust at no extra charge for typical delays. Extended waits beyond the included grace period are billed at the hourly rate.
