How Pricing Works
Sedan transfers from SLC airport to the Salt Palace start at $130. Hotel-to-convention center loops start at $120 per hour for sedans with a three-hour minimum. SUV loops start at $240, and sprinter loops start at $240 per hour with longer minimums. Group van service for up to six passengers starts at $175 per transfer. Sprinter vans for larger groups start at $275 for airport-to-Salt Palace runs. Multi-day event contracts receive discounted net rates. Gratuity is not included unless you have a corporate account. Parking and tolls are billed separately when the chauffeur must wait inside a garage. Some clients book a dedicated sedan for the full day to avoid repeated waits.
One Honest Limitation
Load-in and load-out mornings create heavy traffic around 100 South and West Temple. Street closures and rideshare congestion can add 10 to 20 minutes. We recommend scheduling pickups 30 minutes before you need to arrive. Exact timing also depends on hotel location and I-15 traffic. During the largest shows, even affiliates may need extra time to reposition vehicles. If your event ends at the same time as a major keynote, expect a surge in demand and possible delays.
