What Oil and Tech Executive Transport Is
Oil and tech executive transport is discreet, scheduled chauffeured service for leaders in energy and technology sectors. Our dispatch team, headquartered in New York, dispatches each ride through vetted local affiliate operators across the Salt Lake City area. We serve C-suite executives, venture capitalists, board members, site inspectors, and refinery managers. Service covers airport transfers, interoffice travel, investor roadshows, and rural site visits. Chauffeurs are trained to maintain confidentiality and punctuality. We prefer to book these trips through a single point of contact to protect itineraries. I think executives in these sectors value a confirmed ride with a known chauffeur more than a random app-based pickup.
Who Uses It in Salt Lake City
Technology companies use this service along the Silicon Slopes corridor, which runs along I-15 from Draper through Lehi to Provo. Energy firms rely on it for travel to downtown Salt Lake City offices, refineries near North Salt Lake and Woods Cross, and well sites east toward the Uinta Basin. Venture capital and private equity investors book cars for a full day of company visits and board meetings. Legal and consulting teams use it for due diligence trips to data centers, manufacturing plants, and corporate campuses. Biotech and fintech firms near the University of Utah Research Park also use this service for investor and partner visits. The Lehi area hosts major offices for Adobe, Ancestry, and Microsoft. Uinta Basin crude production remains a key part of Utah's energy economy. The I-15 corridor connects Salt Lake City to Provo in about 45 minutes in light traffic, but rush hour can double that.
How Pricing Works
Sedan service from Salt Lake City to Draper starts at $130, to Provo at $145, and to Ogden at $135. Airport-to-downtown transfers start at a written flat rate. Hourly executive charters start at $120 per hour with a three-hour minimum. SUVs and executive vans cost more based on capacity and distance. Multi-day roadshow packages with a dedicated vehicle are available for venture capital tours through Silicon Slopes. Rural site visits beyond paved highways are quoted individually. Gratuity is not included unless your company has a corporate account. We invoice flat rates, so I-15 congestion does not affect the fare.
One Honest Limitation
Long-distance runs to the Uinta Basin or rural well sites require advance booking. Local affiliates may not service unpaved lease roads or remote drilling locations. We can usually get you to the nearest paved staging point, but you may need a company vehicle or four-wheel-drive truck for the final miles. Please share site access details when you book. Cell coverage can be weak in those areas, so confirm pickup windows before leaving the vehicle. If your meeting runs late, we extend the charter when possible, but the chauffeur may have a later booking.
