Sedan service from SLC airport to the University of Utah medical campus starts at $130. Transfers from Salt Lake City to Provo start at $145, and to Ogden at $135. Hourly waiting service starts at $120 per hour with a three-hour minimum. SUVs are available for passengers with extra medical equipment at higher rates. If your appointment runs longer than expected, we extend the hourly waiting block in 30-minute increments. Gratuity is not included unless you have a corporate account. We quote flat rates, so traffic on I-80 or Foothill Drive does not change the fare.
One Honest Limitation
We are not an ambulance or Medicaid medical transport provider. We cannot accommodate stretchers, wheelchairs that require lift access, or monitor medical equipment during transit. Passengers must be medically cleared to ride in a standard private vehicle. If you need clinical support, please arrange an ambulance or wheelchair van service. Drivers are not trained medical personnel. We can help with walkers and small bags, but we cannot provide hands-on patient care or administer medication.
